The sci-fi/drama TV series Roswell follows the lives of
Max Evans, Isabel Evans, Michael Guerin, and Tess
Harding, four alien/human hybrids living in Roswell, New Mexico.
They do well at living normal lives and blending in with the crowd as high school
teenagers - until Liz Parker gets shot at the Crashdown Cafe. Max Evans knows that
Liz will die without his help. Max, as it turns out, has to power to heal. After saving Liz, Max is forced to trust her with his secret.
She then tells her best friend Maria, who completely
freaks out about it at first, but learns to deal with
it. Together they all embark on a quest to find out where
Max, Isabel and Michael came from and maybe find a way
for them to get home.
Roswell aired on the WB from 1999 until 2001. It was then picked up by UPN for its final season. All three seasons
are now available on DVD.
