You know I did not know Dick Tracy had a cartoon series till I found these on youtube. They've probably been banned for having a humorous Chinese character. Political correctness these days dictates that minority characters cannot be humorous on cartoons and must be serious at all times. Go figure. They banned Speedy Gonzalez once too only to learn that Mexican children love Speedy Gonzalez.
