Will you wait for a show to be recorded so you can skip the commercials, or do you want to see it as it happens?  Does it depend on the show?  Some Shows I would want to catch right away, but others, I'm cool with just utilizing my DVR to it's full advantage.  What do you think?

I'm using my DVR more and more. I'm starting to only watch shows live that I can't wait to watch. There's just too many commercials to wait through them all for your average show.

Agreed that the DVR comes in super handy, but a few shows like lost i won't miss.  I'll watch the episode over again with the DVR and skip the commercials, but I am definitely going to be watching the whole show.

I watch Lost live too. That show I have to see as soon as it's on.
