 ever since shazam first came on television i really loved it i always looked forward to seeing it every saturday it came on tv i still to this day love the original shazam and all the cast members who were apart of the show. i have been to different sites where people are really putting john davey down saying he was not a good captain marvel well in my true honest opinion john davey and jackson bostwick were the very best captain marvels there were and i still love both guys so guys if your reading this just know there is someone who still loves you and remembers you i am not saying this to hear myself talk either i am being honest so always remember i do still very much care about you guys.debra

 I don't know anybody would put either one of the actors down. To be honest I was such a little kid when the show was on, I never knew they changed actors till I looked back to show as an adult. As a kid all I saw was Captain Marvel.

hey tim i'm not fussing with you i can understand what you're saying so not a problem okay, it's just that i have gone to different sites where i have read people putting john davey down saying he was afat captain marvel and it just makes me so sick to hear this! i recall when shazam was on one saturday morning and there was no jackson bostwick there was john davey i could'nt understand what had happened so i thought okay he is'nt feeling well so this guy is just filling in till he gets better well when saturday came around again no jackson so i got used to seeing john davey and as i said i have gone to different sites where people have said he is a fat captain marvel and it makes me sick to hear this junk! john davey and jackson bostwick were the very best captain marvels in their right and i still love those guys with all my heart they are shazam as michael gray is billy batson always will too.debra

I don't think he was fat at all. That thought never crossed my mind. Captain Marvel in the comics is sort of bulky looking dude anyway. Caps got to have muscles. I think people like to criticize is all.
