Well, Heroes is back this week with a brand new slogan..."Are you on the list?". New episodes start on Monday, January 22, at 9 pm est. Because the show is now up against 24, which airs on Fox in the same time slot, the return episode promises lots of exciting revelations. Look for more insight into the dream of Peter exploding and setting off an nuclear blast in Manhattan. Be sure to watch closely because the scene is said to be peppered with hints of plot twists to come. Some clues include the physical positioning of the characters and the fact that Claire is dressed in her cheerleading outfit. A new hero, Claude (Christopher Eccleston, Doctor Who) will be introduced as well, and will be seen in the dream, on the sidelines, laughing insanely.
Watch for Matt to tell his wife that he can hear her thoughts...hmmm...wonder how that will go over? Niki, who, after turning herself in to the police, will be put in a straight jacket and locked away, and will display a power that was previously unknown to us. As prophesied in Issac's painting in December's midseason finale, Hiro will be seen weiding an ancient Japanese sword, which he stole from a display case in a museum. Oh, and Claire is supposed to meet up with her birth parents soon too.
Get ready...it's gonna be a wild ride...
