I think this show just keeps getting better as it goes. I think so far my favorite hero is Hiro, the Japanese guy that can bend the space-time continuum. That is just cool.
I hope he learns some English soon so he can communicate with the other heroes. It was kinda funny last night when Hiro kept calling the painter, Isaac, on the phone, but Isaac couldn't understand him, so he kept telling him he had the wrong number and hanging up on him.
I can't believe Nathan (the one that's running for congress) sold his brother out like that. I guess that's politics for you. I don't blame his brother, Peter, for punching him...he totally deserved it. And you would think that Nathan, like his brother, would be more interested in investigating his ability to fly. But he's only interested in his political career.
I want to know more about Sylar. What is the deal with this guy? How did he empty out the apartment that Mohinder and his friend were investigating so fast? Of course, seeing the way he took off after the police shot him kinda explains that. He seems to have numerable powers, but what is he up to? Did he kill Mohinder's father as Mohinder seems to think?
Claire's indestructability is pretty cool too, although she doesn't seem to appreciate it. It is a bit grusome at times too. Like at the end of last night's episode for example, she appeared to be totally dead, but when the thing was pulled out of her neck, she came back to life and was laying on a table with her skin all pulled back and her insides completely exposed...ewwww.
Then there is Matt (you might remember him from Alias), the guy that can hear people's thoughts. Last week he saved a little girl who was hiding after her parents were killed, presumably by Sylar. Apparently, he and his wife are having trouble, and now he can hear what she is thinking of him. She seems to be a little selfish, but we don't really know what happened to cause their problems yet.
Niki, to me, just comes off as being crazy. So far, it seems that she has a split personality and her alter-ego is basically an evil killer. I guess we will learn more about her powers in the coming weeks. Her son, Micah, whose father is supposed to be revealed in an upcoming episode, has inherited, also yet to be revealed, powers from his parents. His special ability is said to be very different from that of either of his parents.
