The second season of Ghost Whisperer premiers tonight at 8 p.m. on CBS. Hopefully we will find out the fate of Andrea's soul. Last season, Melinda's nemesis appeared to take Andrea, who was killed when a plane crashed.

Camryn Manheim (The Practice) and Jay Mohr (Last Comic Standing) join the cast this season. Manheim will play a real-estate agent whose son may have supernatural powers. Mohr will play a professor studying the supernatural who will bring more humor to the show.

Well, I was almost hoping they were going to take the easy way out and say that Andrea was in a coma, but it turned out to be just a dream. I'm glad Andrea got to go into the light, but I will miss her.

Next week's episode looks pretty interesting. Melinda's ex-boyfriend, who managed to get himself killed in last night's episode when he ran out in front of a car while on his way to find Melinda, is going to haunt her. Incidentally, the guy who plays Melinda's ex, starred in the first season of Lois and Clark as Jimmy Olsen.
