Comments: Fair with no dust jacket; This copy was bound with 11 plates and the map. I see no evidence that a plate has been removed. The front cover is detatched from the book but still attached to the spine, there is significant chipping to the spine with lose of the bottom 1/4 area, and the corners are bumped and frayed. There has been some minor water staining to the top corner that is evident on first and last few pages, and there is foxing and other general age toning throughout the book.
