I love this 1st compilation of SNK classics although some of the games can be pretty hard even on the easiest difficulty (at least for me anyway).Boy these old games sure bring back some fond memories of when my friends & I used to play them in the arcades only this time you get to play them in the comfort of your own home which is always a major plus.I don't know why KONAMI hasn't come out with something like this they could sure learn a thing or 2 from SNK,CAPCOM & MIDWAY. Before I bought my copy of this game I read other reviews from people saying that some of the titles in this collection would suffer from pretty bad slow down now don't get me wrong I'm by no means saying those people are wrong But none of the games in my particular copy suffer from any slow down whatsoever so maybe that's just in certain copies I don't know,but I certainly wouldn't let a risk like that keep you from buying this game it didn't stop me.

The is a great Neo Geo compilation for people who could not afford the original system back in the 1990's. My personal favorites would have to be Samurai Showdown (I think fatalities are a bit toned down.) and Metal Slug. I just hate having to play the soccer game to unlock move sets for some of the fighters. Overall, a fun, yet difficult game for SNK fans only.

The game has great titles in it, but would have liked to have seen more games such as ghost pilot and samurai shodown 2, 3, or 4. But I guess thats what sequels are for. I sure hope that they make an snk part two and included at least ghost pilot. that game rocks. but overall It has some great games on the disc. I really enjoyed magican lord and neo golf. If you own a ps2 and haven't gotten this game, do so, you won't be disapointed. 4 stars for good games!!!!

Overall, a nice collection. Some slow downs on some games, but still worth getting. Lets hope Vol.2 comes out before the end of the year.

I don't know why there are soo many complains about this videogame collection, this is FREAKING COOL to me!
* I mean... Shock Troopers and Sengoku ARE THE COOLEST GAMES in the collection! (WILD, INSANE, POWERFUL and WITH A VENGANCE!!!)
* Samurai Showdown, King of Fighters 94 and King of the Monsters are INSANEST WILDEST FIGHTING GAMES!!!
* Metal Slug, Burning Fight and Magician Lord THEY PACKED PUNCH AND POWER!
* Neo Turf Masters, Next Glory and BaseballStars are sport games but SOOO FUNNY!!!
The rest is not THAT good, but the games I mentioned make this collection worth buying it!
Maybe the reason that many people are complaining is about the graphics. Well, the graphics are not in the best quality but it looks CLEAR enought to play. Maybe people hoped that the graphics would be remeastered, but what the heck! It looks VERY CLEAR to me!
