The TV stand when assembled is beautiful. The packaging was done poorly and UPS damaged them tousling them about in the truck. When I called Bush there was no problem with replacing the 2 damaged parts, but the top of the stand was backordered for 6 weeks. It took me over 6 hours to assemble the stand, the instructions were easy to read, however at some points I put the pieces together wrong and had to redo them so a little more detail would have been nice. In the end it was well worth it, I really like this piece. I would do the whole thing all over again.

The cabinet takes forever to put together. However, when it is finished it LOOKS like a high quality piece of furniture. The wood is of nice quality. If you plan to put a lot of electronics in it like a cable box or PS3 or Xbox and WII then you better plan to install a fan that will help draw the heat out, or risk cooking your electronics. I got a kit from the cooler guys and it works perfectly.

There is no point of buying this from Amazon.com. I ordered this on March 3, and I was told that it will ship between 03/12 and 03/18, but today it is 03/19 and I still have not received any email that it is shipped or not.
Amazon is just acting as the 'front' for Furniture Buzz, taking the payment and then forgot about the order - because after placing the order it shows for any questions on shipping, order status, returns, any thing contact Furniture Buzz. Then why the heck would someone not buy directly from them?
They are also selling this on their website for the same price and free shipping!
But either way, there is no info on when the order will ship?
UPDATE.....
I received the item 2 days after the promised date of Mar 25. When I called the seller -Furniture Buzz about why the order is being delayed, I was told by them that they first receive the item from the manufacturer and "inspect" the item, then will ship to me. Well the item came late and had missing parts and the top part was damaged. If it was "inspected", then why were the parts missing and damaged?
So first the thing arrived after 3 weeks of ordering, and now when I started assembling it - I cannot complete it until the damaged and missing parts arrive. When I called the manufacturer they said they will ship in 5-7 business days... what BS...now I am left with all parts opened up but I cannot assemble it until the new part comes....
Made a big mistake by ordering this from these guys....

This tv cabinet arrived in one very heavy box! There were no scratches or dents on the individual pieces although the box was banged up. Other than having to supply my own screwdrivers, everything was in the box.
Instructions were not detailed, but with the help of pictures I was able to figure out assembly. This is not a one woman project. I'm used to assembling my own furniture, but this stand was way too heavy for me to handle. I had to get two male family members to put it together.
Assembly took about two hours. The plastic plugs that go into the holes to cover up screws won't stay in place; I decided not to use them since they wouldn't be seen anyway. You may need to use some extra wood glue as the bottle that came with it doesn't hold much.
It is beautiful when finished. The finish is slightly darker and browner than expected. There is more than enough storage for DVDs and VHS tapes. I can place three full rows (one behind each other) of DVDs in each side compartment; however, you may need to get down on the floor with a flashlight to dig one out of the back of the unit.
Overall, this is high-quality, attractive piece.

This is a wonderful stand. Fits great in my room and it is well made. The only problem is that the directions are not clear. It has lots and lots of pictures though.
