Even though it felt like a very long episode of Naruto. Due to the fact that it contained every single element from the series to include the soundtrack. It was still entertaining. But the truth is, I just can't get enough this series. Also the end theme is very good.
The animation seemed a little bit better than the TV series. The plot was cool and there was a decent cast of ninja villians. It has its slow moments and they're pretty short. But its the battles. They really did put some effort into the fights. I mean they always do. But this time even Sakura seemed a bit more like a threat. The enemies were no Haku, but they did display some pretty cool ninja arts. I also loved the gatling shuriken gun. That scene was pretty sick.
Still a very good movie and Naruto fans will mostly likely eat it up. If your new to Naruto, then you really should check out at least 2 of the uncut volumes before this.

I saw the movie in the theater and had a great time. An entire theater filled with Naruto fans!
If you love Naruto, you'll love the movie. It's like a regular Naruto episode, only longer. It was kind of strange seeing Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura watching a movie in a theater as they do in one of the beginning scenes. Do they have a theater in the Hidden Leaf Village?
Well, at least they weren't watching from the seats like everyone else.
There is action, intrigue and lots of laughs. And more of our favorite sensei - Kakashi!!!! (Can you tell he's my favorite character?) Naruto gets a chance to try out his new (that is, new to American fans who watch the episodes in English on TV) jutsu - Rasengan!
The movie in the theater included interviews with all the voice actors (both Japanese and English) and it was very interesting. I hope this will be on the video but don't know - Shonen Jump never gave me a call about it.
Buy this movie with confidence - it's great! Believe it!

This is the first of 3 Naruto movies that have been made so far. I have seen the Japanese version of this movie and its got an amazing storyline and amazing action. Along with some unknown ninja foes. I couldnt not see it in the theatres because there was not one near me doing it, at least not near enough for me to easily get to. I cant wait to hear the English dialogue. I certainly hope they put the other 2 movies into English because they are even better then this one. And the 3rd one even features Rock Lee. I also hope it comes with a free promo card. One can only hope.

Naruto: Clash in the Land of Snow is the first of the Naruto movies to make it stateside, and it was well worth it. For various reasons, it was only showed once in select theaters. I was lucky enough to get tickets to go, and let say that it was just amazing. Everyone was cheering for everything through out the movie. Sasuke fangirls cried. Rock Lee fans cheered (although he didn't make it into the movie).
The plot involves Naruto and crew protecting a movie star while she films a movie. I won't go into it any more than that because the story is a big part of the movie. The music is mostly remakes of songs from the TV series. The art work is improved over the series by a bit, but it shouldn't bother any one.

I just came back from seeing Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow, and I must say, I had a terrible time.
The movie was GREAT. The audience was terrible. In the beginning of the movie, they screamed whenever the Naruto logo came up. And it got worse from there. People were talking throughout the whole movie. It's amazing I could hear most of the friggin movie. There were these people behind us that were like "OH! he jumped right there!" "OH! he did the [whatever] jutsu!" "oh, I knew that was going to happen!" and basically stating the obvious throughout the whole movie. And in every battle scene, the audience cheered. I couldn't pay attention to anything except the audience, because they kept on talking and screaming.
oh, and possibly the worst part was when 10 minutes into the movie, it shut off. The people there were PISSED. They kept on screaming and whining and I think a few even cried. The people behind me were overusing the phrase "I spent 10 dollars for this?!" hundreds upon hundreds of times. I even heard one person threaten to sue the movie theater. Finally, they restarted the whole movie, which was good for me, because before that I had to stand in line to get drinks and I missed an important part to the movie.
Whoever thought of this whole "one night only" bullcrap needs to get fired. It makes it harder for fans to see the movie and crams all the hardcore Naruto fanboys into one place. That really didn't make for a good Naruto movie experience.
Anyway, I personally loved the movie. No wonder it was such a hit in Japan. Fantastic movie. If you're a Naruto fan, you will love this film to death.
