Truly, the Wii is not designed to take advantage of a product like this. The graphics simply don't require a component cable. Of the games I have, I have not seen a difference on my 42" plasma TV between this and the original connection cords. I would NOT recommend this item.

Got this cable for my son's Wii. We have it installed to view on a 92" HD projector system. The video using component signals is much improved from the composite cable connection that comes standard with the game. Good and cheap upgrade to your Wii if you have a large HD screen for viewing.

I have an HDTV and I assure you that it's well worth the money. These cables make the picture brighter and much sharper. Some say that it increases the "jaggies", but I haven't had that problem. You would be doing a disservice to yourself and your Wii if you don't pick these up.

These cables aren't that good. They do make the Wii Menu look a little better, but they make the 3D looking games worse. You can see more jagged lines, and things. I wouldn't pay $30 for it. If it was $15, it would be okay.

Not much else to say... It does what it is supposed to perfectly. The image on my 1080i LCD TV is perfect. No defects, ghosting, or artifacts. An HDMI would have been nicer, but it works fine. The price is a bit higher than I like to see, but I do not trust genaric cables for this.
