After Beyond the Song -- you want more, more, more. This is a video collection of songs by Mr. Beautiful at different periods of his amazingly gifted life. I'm glad i bought it. Worth every cent.

I recently (past year) became a BD afficiando. Bobby Darin at the Copa CD is the best. This video rivals it. His magnatism is contagious. I wish there were more videos of his musical performances. I have the Aces one too. This one is more traditional "Bobby" and I love it. I will probably wear it out and have to buy another.

The sound can be better and it doesn't have a wide screen view but Bobby does the difference.

For those of us who try to sing & move like Bobby, this CD is "must viewing." For those who want to remember how good a performer he was and pull the CD out with a smile on your face, this will do it. I am 60 years old and I still try to sing like Bobby. I do it more for exercise now than anything else. I have been a Bobby Darin fan since I was 12, because no one swings like he did. Never have, never will. He sang, danced, played at least a half-dozen instruments, did impressions, and could act. As far as this CD goes my only complaint (beside it's being too short) is that the funny bit at the end of "Beyond the Sea" was not added. It was funny. Long, but funny. As for every thing else on the CD, it was fun to watch and listen to. Frank Sinatra said it best: "Bobby just did it all."

This disc has been playing in my DVD player all day. Bobby was,and is, simply the best. Every song he sang, he made his own. Highlights include his classic hits, "Mack the Knife", "If I were a Carpenter" and "beyond the Sea", but some suprises like the bluesy "Work Song","Sweet Caroline" and "Mame" to name a few. Bobby swings thru many of the hit songs of the time. My favorite "Higher and Higher" is one of Bobby's supercharged songs. You can't help but glide along the stage with him. A superb talent that left us way to soon. I sure miss him. This DVD is a must for anyone who enjoys great music from one of the world's best entertainers.
