When I first tried to watch "Enterprise" I honestly didn't think I'd like it. When it was on T.V. I missed several episodes because they had a bad time slot. But now, that I'm able to watch them when I have the time, I truly feel this is one of the best Star Trek series made. Scott Bakula is great! I know some think he was the weakest or worst of the captains, but I thought for this role of one of the first captains to represent mankind to the galaxy, Bakula was the best choice. He already held a persona at least in my mind of being an very moral convicted and passionate man. Most of that probably came from the role he played as Dr. Sam Beckette on Quantum Leap (of which I was also a huge fan). When you think about how Gene Rodenberry portrayed TOS, with a high standard for moral conduct, very little character conflict, and a strong sense of family - you need all those things in Starfleets first captain to show us how it got to that point. And Scott Bakula fits that bill. This first season is packed with exciting stories, real adventure, and thought provoking writing. This series is well worth every penny you'll spend and it will answer many questions about the beginnings of this wonderful, positive and adventuresome world we call Star Trek!!!

The downloads offered here seem to come up short. I don't see "Carbon Creek" anywhere, and the first season doesn't have a discount. Enterprise is a great show that was canceled before its time, but the downloads don't seem to do it justice.

"Fallen Hero" very good (excellent for 1st season of ST:E)! However, the Amazon summary "stars" *** is based on reviews of which only TWO out of TEN (currently) discuss "Fallen Hero." I'm giving it ***** rather than the **** which it deserves to compensate a little.
The preview, albeit the lead-in to the episode, is followed immediately by orders from Star Fleet Command directing Enterprise to retrieve a Vulcan ambassador being recalled in disgrace. I suppose Amazon is bound by contract only to show the lead-in, but this one gives absolutely NO feeling for the actual content. I suspect the downloads on this one would increase greatly if Amazon were able to show, for example, what follows immediately after the 1st commercial would have been.

Too many bugs in the system, just fully downloaded only two of episodes the rest getting error x&80bblahblahblah. No matter how apt you are with computers the system is just not user friendly..Love the episodes after watching them on DVD but wished this system would work.

I downloaded this show and was unable to play it. I had to roll back Windows Media Player 11 to 10. When that was done, I lost all of my downloaded music (digital rights). Still could not play movie. Re-installed Media Player 11 and music was still unobtainable. Lost the $2 for the show and $25 or more dollars worth of music. Not very happy with this product!
