I'm definitely satisfied,a 12" tall die-cast with sturdy plastic construction action figure. Well aticulating and detailed. Even one of my wife's friend was motivated and purchased one.
What can I say I'm truly happy, because during my childhood I never had a chance to own a transformer, so better late than never to collect the toys I never had.

When I was a child I loved to watch, here in Costa Rica, the transformers, my favorites ones was Optimus, Wheeljack and Omega Supreme
So I always wanted my parents buy me a toy of the transformers, however I dislike so much the toys cos, for me looks so different from the cartoon...
20 year later hasbro bring us this pretty cool, this one is the Optimus Prime that I always dream to have, and it is so cool, for far the best toy that I have ever saw, good job hasbro!!!!!

Could've gone a two thumbs up due to the voice is not of Cullen. Other than that, I love this toy. I agree on a little pricey on the tag but it all depends upon if you really want it and if you really can afford it. If you are a true hardcore TF fan like I am, then price should not be a factor for you (you'll find a way to get one). If not, then look for cheaper alternatives.

Great figure. It's HUGE! The little details are pretty sweet from Megatron's gun that the scope, silencer, and arm rest comes off to the vents in Prime's legs that open when he steps on stuff. His mouth moves when you push a button on the back of his head! And the matrix of leadership is cool as well.
It's HEAVY too! Good solid construction with die-cast parts. Even after my 3 year old played with it I wasn't too nervous about it breaking (like I would if it was plastic).
The Robot mode is the best. Great articulation. All five fingers move...wrist screens pop up with Megatron & Grimlock's pictures. The display stand talks and makes the classic transforming sound (it's not Peter Cullen's voice exactly but it's close enough).
Truck mode is a step down in detail from Alternators but it still looks like the classic truck. Spring suspension and rubber tires are great.
Amazon was the best price. Like $49.99+ free shipping. That's $20 cheaper than anywhere else. It's a great addition to my collection and looks great on my shelf next to my lego Yoda statue (they're about the same height!)

The only reason it's a star short is because my 5 year old son is having a hard time transforming it by himself. He relies on his parents to do it. The quality of the product is great. I'm no avid Trasformer fan, just bought it cause my son wants it for Christmas and wants to start his Transformer robot collection. It cost far less when purchased here at Amazon, I saw it at clearance aisle of Walmart at $50. So getting it here at Amazon makes it a real great buy.
