If you want to have a feel of real thing buy this program, you get box gloves, at Wii you play with a remote, this is what makes this program better then Wii, plus Xavix was before Wii, at least this is what I know because I bought the program 5 years ago.
After 5 years we still play golf and boxing. I didn't get a kick on tennis yet; I have the program and seem nice too.
This is only the game you need to buy the XaviXPORT® System too, which is not expensive.
Plus Jackie Chan is a professional that teamed with Xavix to make this great program.

I got a sweet deal on an used XaviX console packaged with bowling, baseball & tennis. All were fun playing on my 42" HDTV so I thought I try their Boxing game as well. Resolution isn't HD level but it's passable and the game playability is high.
Boxing really gets the cardio going. Training, Exhibtion or Championship bouts all keep you highly involved. You will feel like you had a good work out. And for us adults, it will show you how many calories burned. Best of all, it simply lots of fun!
If I were to offer SSD any suggestions. They would be: Upgrade the console's composite output to include HDMI and offer more game packages!!!

Nice game, but you need to be in the line of the infra red to compute. This making a really strenous workout is somewhat difficult to stay in the "lines" of the swing.

We purchased this product for our son, but found that the whole family enjoyed playing it. It's a way to exercise and have fun at the same time. We would recommend this product.
