Pinky and the Brain! Finally on DVD. Such a smart show. Well written and entertaining for all ages. It's too bad that today's cartoons don't have this caliber of writing. Buy it and enjoy it over and over again until you get the urge to TAKE OVER THE WORLD!

I think it's safe to say 1,000's upon 1,000's of mid-late teenagers, and even a few young adults, miss the hell out of this cartoon. It really is a stroke of genius, it's got plenty of aspects for kids to enjoy - but, at the same time, there's an intellectual undercurrent running throughout, which is the exact reason I still thoroughly enjoy watching hours upon hours of Pinky & The Brain even today.
If you're a fan of cartoons, anything from Spongebob to Futurama, I highly suggest purchasing this. I'd be surprised if anybody didn't enjoy watching this wonderful little show. On a smaller note, the casing is beautifully designed - if you're one who appreciates such things.
I can rightfully claim this as one of my most prized possessions. The day I heard Pinky & the Brain was finally going to DVD, I quite literally jumped for joy. I've been saying for years, "that show needs to go to DVD"... low and behold, it came - and with thunderous applause from all it's faithful fans.

Undoubtedly one of the best satirical cartoons ever made, Pinky and the Brain can be viewed as a social commentary, or can be just plain funny. For fans of witty inclusive humor, Orson Welles, or lab mice with ingenious plots - Pinky and the Brain is sure to amuse the TV critic and the couch potato all at once.

Pinky and the Brain was one of the funniest and most sophisticated cartoons of it's time when it hit television screens and it holds up very well even today. I used to get up every saturday morning hoping that the episode of Animaniacs that was on would have Pinky and the Brain but with this dvd you get hours of nothing but pure Pinky and the Brain entertainment!

These are excellent cartoons to be enjoyed by all. They were long overdue and I await Vol. 2. They go very well with the Animaniacs cartoons which I feel are a great extension of the
Looney Toon days. I feel todays cartoons are useless.
