I haven't been waiting for this series to come out on DVD for a long time, not as long as most, but I am VERY EXCITED it is finally coming out! What a thrill!
I go through the local stores and they sell all these TV shows I haven't heard of or heard about in a while. I was pretty disappointed when I reached the "M" section of the box sets, and nothing about The Magnificent Seven. But now, I don't have to mourn anymore because I will get my very own copy of this fantastic series! I CANNOT WAIT!
Though, I must admit, I have only seen the pilot, and even with that, I was excited to see the rest of the series, but I never was able to. It went off the air and that was it.
Yes, thank GOD for Showtime for still airing the series occassionally. I just can't wait to get mine in the mail. It will be very exciting!
Do yourself a favor if you're a Michael Biehn fan (like me), Eric Close, or anyone else in the series then preorder THIS SERIES NOW! You won't regret it!

Who says persistance doesn't pay off!?!?! After all that time of sharing our tapes with our friends so others could share in this awesome TV show, it is finally coming out on DVD. I am very excited because my copies weren't the best, and some were downright poor. Now we get to see them in clear, DVD-quality picture and watch them over and over without the picture getting worse.
For all of those who worked so hard for the last five years to try and get this show on the air, and then out on DVD, I say three cheers (for you UK gals) and awesome work! Personally, I stayed on the lists because the fans were fun and awesome, but also I still held out hope that we would get our show.
And for those who don't know anything about this show, you probably like westerns or you wouldn't be looking at this listing. The plots in this series are really good (although there were some not-as-good episodes, none were not worth watching), and the characters are phenomenally cast and acted. Most of the episodes have just the right mix of humor and heart, and beautiful western scenery that will make you want to go back there (or think you are).
If you need anymore reason to spend $20 on an entire season of an awesome TV show, just searh for Magnificent Seven TV series on any search engine and check out some of the fan websites. They are really well-made and tell all! I know what quite a few ladies across the US, Japan, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia (and anywhere else Mag7 fans live)will be getting for Christmas!!! Hats off... Thanks again, everyone!

Dunno why they didn't just put all the episodes in one package, but at this point who cares? The boys are back in town!

It is fantastic news that this series has now been issued on DVD. Any info on when it will be available in the U.K. HOPE IT'S SOON !!

AT long long last! One of my favourite and much mourned TV shows. Stellar cast, great stories, fantastic cinematography. I simply can not wait to buy this. I hope they intend to release all the episodes!!
