My twin sons are 9 months old, and have always used this Graco Carseat, and my 4 year old is in a booster. I love this carseat, and its ideal for a family of many young ones.
First of all I love how easy it is to install (with LATCH system) into the two seats (behind driver and middle) in the 2nd row of my mini van, they only take up two seats (like all should, but some take up more) and my daughter can get into the 3rd row through the space where a seat behind the passenger would be. I love how easy it is to take out and install into my husbands pick-up without the LATCH system, but is still snug and safe, it really only takes 45 minutes to move and re-install both. I think that the reqline is at the perfect level rear-facing, and you dont need to use a pool noodle to prop it up, which can be unsafe. I love that the memory foam contours to my twins bodies, and proves to be very comfortable, even on our recent 3 day car trip (with pit-stops of course). The five point harness is comfortable, but we purchased harness covers (foam, makes it more comfy) and the boys never seem uncomfortable when leaning foward. Its also easy to adjust the straps by pulling off the pad, easier than it sounds... takes all of 30 seconds to do. The carseat cover is machine washable, but line dry it. Its comfortable and also easy to wipe up for a quick fix. Theres also removable infant support (used for bringing the boys home from the hospital) and a removable pillow... making the Graco Seat very secure and comfortable. I also love how the carseat "hugs" your child and the wings on the side offer a headrest. My boys sometimes fall asleep with their heads foward, but this would happen regaurdless of what carseat I purchased. The seat holds up to 40 lbs, about the size of an average 3-4 year old... not as high as some other seats, but its definatly worth it. Theres also a cupholder and snack tray at the side, awkward placement unless the child is 3ish, but that doesnt bother us since thats not why we purchased this seat.
I love this Graco Carseat, its easy to use, comfortable and much better than my daughters old Evenflow... What a great carseat.

I also have done a lot of research on carseats, and this one seemed to fit the bill. To me, it is the most padded and cushy carseat I have found. One of the bummers I have come across is whenever my daughter of 10 months old falls asleep in it, she ends up slummped over far enough where her face ends up with harness strap prints. Also, the seat is so huge that I can no longer see her from the mirror I have fixed on the back seat
facing her car seat. And furthermore, the straps for the shoulder harness seem far apart for her narrow shoulders. Sometimes they slip right off. Babies-r-us has a 90 day return policy, and I am still debating on whether I should return or not.

Going to keep it short.. But this carseat is GREAT.. Very easy to put into your car, and straps are very easy to adjust, i LOVE the part that the foam in this carseat is the memorable foam, which makes my daughter feel SOOOOO comfy.. She would scream like crazy in her infant seat. As soon as we got this car rides are now a breeze :) AWESOME carseat!!! only down fall i could see is if it needs to be facing rear, i would see it having a prob. going into a smaller car.. but that is for any toddler/infant car seat.. they are all big!! which is good!!

I had been using this carseat for 4 months when it broke. We were using the pull strap to tighten down the harness, and the spring that tightens, and makes the "click" sound, broke. The straps were completely loose and moveable. My husband was able to rig it to stay tigthened down, but it could not be adjusted. We took it immediately to Babies R Us for a return. Since it happened on the weekend, the Graco Support center was closed. Even if they were open, this is not a part that is listed as a part you can order. We couldn't wait and risk our son's safety, so we exchanged it for the Evenflo Triumph 5 DLX, which comes highly rated from my sister. Overall, I liked this seat. The memory padding was great, and my son seemed very comfortable. The shoulder strap pads were great in keeping the harness from cutting into our son't skin. I wish I was able to keep them, because they are nicer than those on our new seat. We had this seat in the Kimberton print, which has been discontinued and replaced with this one. The Kimberton print was a supersoft suede, and we didn't like the new fabric. The nylon seems like it could get sticky and hot in the summer. It just seemed "cheaper" than the previous version. It is also a very large seat. It sits really high in the rear-facing position. Lastly, I found it hard to use the pull strap to tighten the harness when the seat is in the rear facing position because it is pushed up against your car's seat back, and you can't get a good angle on it. It just felt awkward and you had to move the car seat back a little access the strap. We'll see what happens with the new seat!

I love this car seat! It seems so comfortable for my 9 month old (he is 22lbs.). It also fits great in my PT Cruiser and my Nissan Titan.
