Star Trek The Next Generation - The Complete Seasons 1-7 DVD

In association with Amazon.com

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - There is only ONE Star Trek...
Well, actually there are two and this is the better one. Took me two full seasons to catch on to Picard - but I get it now..

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - A wonderful gift for any Star Trek fan
Star Trek the Next Generation is by far my favorite incarnation of Star Trek. I recieved this as a gift & was thrilled. I'm not going to write a review of NG because if you're looking at this you probably are a fan of it.
The big problem for me is that there is no episode synopsis for the dvds. http://www.startrek.com/startrek/view/library/episodes/TNG/index.html?season=all&category=title is a great resource but I wish a companion book came with either the individual seasons or the complete series. Episode titles really aren't good enough when you have 20 hours per season with 7 seasons.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - DEAR MORONS AT PARAMOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My question for the Morons at Paramount is why do possibly glue the sticker seals the container with such strong stuff that you cannot avoid ruining the container when you remove it. May I remind that this a COLLETOR'S ITEM!!!!! Therefore if you damage it is WORTHLESS.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Star Trek 2?
The complete sries of Star trek the Next Generation is awesome as it contains everything a true Trek fan would want from the new cast of Roddenberry's classic series. In this series we meet new friends and enemies such as The Borg. Worth the money and a great gift for any Star trek fan.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Cool
When it first appeared in 1987, I was skeptical that this series could ever equal the first. So I ignored it for a while.
It used to come on late at night so i watched it because there wasnt much else on.I became addicted to this show and it is a well made series with an excellent cast.
Star Trek: The Next Generation lived longer than the '60s series. It was because the orginal series reached 79 episodes and went into re-runs that the show became quite popular. In the late '80s, we are again onboard the Enterprise...but not the same Enterprise; a Klingon on the bridge is a major change, and an android replaces Spock. That is NOT to say that 'The Next Generation' ripped off the orginal series.
This was an excellent show.
