To me the absolute highlight of this soundtrack is the Gabriel and Dresden remix of A Perfect Lie, which starts the disc. Seductive and gogreous music. The entire disc is just tremendous and brings you into the surreal world of Nip/Tuck. If you are a fan of the series, this is an essential pick up. *So Damn Beautiful*

First of all, if your not really into a lot of different musical styles, then you probably won't appreciate how GREAT this compilation really is. With that said, this album is definately rooted in down-tempo electronica and trip hop. So if your not into that, you're probably not going to be into this album. (But, if you haven't really heard this style of music at length, this is definately a wonderful place to start.)
Now onto the music....
The first track is a phenomenal Gabriel & Dresden remix of 'A Perfect Lie'. (Same duo that brought you 'As the Rush Comes')This track alone makes this album a must own. However, this song is by no means the only great song on the album. From beginning to end, this compilation is an extremely solid mix (yes the songs are actually mixed together) that would be an EXCELLENT addition to any music collection. With a total of 8 previously unreleased songs, this is definately a GREAT buy.
Conclusion: Buy it now---or feel stupid when you come across this in 3 years and wonder why you waited.

The only reason I purchased this CD was because of the great music that is played in the show Nip/Tuck. To my surprise the music on the CD is, unfortunately, not the great music that is played in the show. I was extremely dissappointed.
I believe that the great selection of songs was left out the CD and only the less appealing songs made the CD. Of course, that's my personal opinion.

As good as this show is, I just had to express my opinion about the quality of this soundtrack. It is absolutely flawless. It is hip, sexy and completely captures the mood of the show. From a brilliant remix of a title song to new versions of old favorites this is a must have CD for everyone, even if you don't watch the show. One song that I HAVE to single out (which was the reason I bought the CD to begin with) is "So Damn Beautiful" by Poloroid. I'm not sure how to describe just how good this song is. I have been listening to this CD non stop since I got it 2 weeks ago. Excellent CD. If you like the show, you'll love the soundtrack, if you've never seen the show you'll love the soundtrack and want to see the show itself.

Really great soundtrack with some fabulous artists that make this CD and the show a HIT. Sexy yet cool,provocative too. If you like the show you'll love the soundtrack,as well as the full albums from artists that make it shine.Try listening to ALPHA-Stargazing,JAZZUPSTARTS-Are You Ok?,ERIN MCKEOWN-Grand. Great earcandy for your mind.
