No Capital I!!!! I can't believe that "Capital I" is not on this CD. Boy, I guess they should do two versions: Songs from the Street 60's/70's and songs from the street 80's 90's.
Still a Great CD though.

while it is true that a lot of this music has already been released on other sesame street cd's, this is a wonderful collection of songs. we keep them in our car & our boys (ages 3 & 1) love to hear them over & over again. with 3 different cd's to listen to, that's a lot of music without repeats. while i don't think that some of the newer stuff with guest artists measures up to the older songs, there's enough to keep everyone happy.

Excellent buy. I bought this item to sing to my newborn daughter and she just loves it. I grew up watching Sesame street so I knew all the songs. Her father even enjoys the compilation of songs. It is a very animated cd; you can never get bored. An excellent gift for a babyshower or a preschooler.

If you grew up watching Sesame Street, And enjoyed the music, This will be the 3 CD set for you.
A great portion of the music, from the show, is on the CD's. My Sister and I loved the music and we can't stop listening to them.
We are in our late 30's and I hope my future children will also love the music.

I've been waiting for a Sesame Street music compilation on video for years- VH1 did one about six years ago in "A to Z" format and it was fantastic...but never released on video.
And as for those of you who think there is too much modern music on this set- Sesame Street kept on going, even after you stopped watching. It may not fill you with nostalgic bliss, but that does not decrease its merit!
The R.E.M. number alone is worth purchasing this set!
