The only downfall to this video is that it is too short. I wish it would have been on for several years. This is hilarious stuff. A must have.

This show has got have some of the most most cleverly written dialog (and sometimes monologue as Tick talks even when no one is around) of TV history. The plotlines were always humorous and original, and the character chemistry awesome.
One of the biggest object lessons I got off of the Tick is the fact that the Tick never had anything bad to say of anyone who wasnt evil. He was the most powerful superhero of any profiled, but never displayed ego or condescension to anyone. 'Arthur' who had almost nothing to offer as a superhero, the Tick found of value due to his intelligence. Batmanuelle who ran away or avoided any fight was always treated as a friend and with respect. Captain Liberty who in her own words got "hormonal" and tried to orchestrate his death, he still said "Please, we're all friends".
This series wont dissapoint, except for the fact that there were so few episodes.

Ah, The Tick. What a super super-hero. If only he had a brain. I love this show. Some of the earlier episodes are a bit lame, but there are certainly moments when the show is the gem it should be. The final episode (as most finals seem to be - esp. of short seasons) is the crowning jewel.

I just love this too short lived series. Damn you Fox for canceling this wayyyyyy too early. They don't seem to like the absurdist comedies, even though they order enough of them. He's in a new show on CBS that I think has been renewed for the 2007/2008 season. If so, and they do a Halloween episode, I'd love for him to become the Tick one...more...time. Sniff.

You do not need to always watch things that make you think... as a matter of fact after a long day of thinking it is really nice to be able to relax and watch the humor unfold in the form of one of my favorit hapless super heros.
It is full of quick wit. I think all who take the time to watch this would love it.
