Mine freezes on me occasionally, and usually when I'm about to save after doing something hard. Made Metroid harder than it should have been. But I rather like it.

My old blue gamecube died, needed to buy a new one to replace it. My kids play more on the gamecube than on ps2. Can't afford the Wii right now.

My son saved all of his money for 6 months to buy this game for him and his older brother. Boys are having so much fun with this game. Their friends are sharing games with them to get them going. Their older sister who is 20 is enjoying her brothers again. Part of the deal with this game is for every hour they read during the week, they can play the game on the weekend. Also their dad has to play with them for 1/2 an hour each weekend as part of the deal. We we're skeptical about getting it as has heard of all of the fighting that goes on between the players. This has not been the case. There is a lot of laughter.

Well now I own all three (Ps2 Xbox Cube). Without a doubt in my mind the "Lamecube" just plain sucks. It's sooooo boring and the controller blows. I own every major system from 1980 on except Sega's systems they also sucked. I have more fun pulling out my old NES and playing that over this piece of crap. Even using my PS2 controller to play the games doesn't make it any better. Lets see Mario Golf sucks! play Tiger Woods or Outlaw Golf. Mario Power Tennis Sucks play Top Spin or Outlaw Tennis (oops sorry these good games aren't on this system). Mario Double Dash boring to the extreme, haven't I all ready played this twice before? F-Zero just as lame as the SNES one. Super Smash Bros. this is such a boring game even with other people playing, get a real fighting game. Star wars Rebel and Rouge Leader... Now here were two games I had such high hopes for...to bad for me and to bad for you, unless you like flying around in circles NOT being able to shoot anything since you can't even see the tie fighters against the background and the targeting system is a joke, oh and we'll just skip over the very lame on foot missions. Chaos field, what's that never heard of this lame space shooter not surprised it sucks too. Which leaves me with a few ok games Resident Evil 0 & 1 good graphics with ok gameplay, Resident Evil 2 & 3 plays just as badly as the PS1's did (hey I liked these games in 1996 but they blow now) Resident Evil 4, much better on the PS2 period!! In closing I really wish that I had not even wasted my money on yet another bad Nintendo system should have known better since the N64 sucked big time too. As for the Wii not for Mii Hopefully Nintendo will go the way of Sega and get out of the hardware business soon and maybe even stay out of the software side too since all of their first party games are the same and just as lame!! Oh and like I said people I own and still do My NES SNES and N64 and even though the N64 sucks it was still more fun than this system. I'm lucky if my friends and I can even play it (Cube) for more than 1 hour before we get bored and turn it off but my Xbox and PS2 on the other hand we can and have played those for hours and hours straight heck 3 of my friends and I played PS2 one night for about 10 hours and it was a blast. I guess if your a kid and under the age of 10 you might like it, but people who like to have a variety of good game across the genres had better look to the other 2 systems to get their fix. Sorry only kiddy games here and they are the same lame ones we've been playing for years.

One of the plugs used to play this game had been cut off. Had to "borrow" the cord from another game cube which means we will have to purchase a new cord somewhere. I feel that this was falsely advertised. I thought we were getting a complete game that could be hooked up and played, which was not the case.
