I will review this again after I play it. But, when I looked at the box, the set up is just so cool! It goes year by year. The best decade! My sis and I are trying to play it but we have been too busy. I can't wait!! :)

Oh how I loved the 80s. Most people can't say that, but they will love to play this game. So many memories and stories it rekindled. It was like a flashback to all of the fun of those days. Soemetimes it was hard to fiogure out exactly the year, 83? 84? , etc. And did that really happen in the 80s? What a fun, great game that people can enjoy together. Price is very reasonable for a fun get togehter. We are going to play again and again. My friends even picked up their own copy so that they can play with their families.

As someone who loves all things 80's, at least I thought I did, I found this game hard. Even my sil who is 9 years younger than me found it difficult. Maybe if played as a team it would be more fun as said in other reviews.

We played this game for the first time a couple of nights ago. We were skeptical at first (when purely just looking at the game itself) but once we started playing it was fantastic! It really depends on rolling the di as sometimes you just get stuck in a year while other times you just keep jumping. It's really fun and it's even more fun to recall the 80's. We will definitely be purchasing The 90's Game soon.

The age range is just an estimate, but I think it's a pretty close guess (I'm 29, my boyfriend is 35). I tried playing the 90's Game with my little brother's friends and didn't do as well. My friends and I love this game and have hours of fun with it. We usually play in teams of two or three people, and we all agree it's more entertaining that way (less pressure on the individual). I would recommend an agreed upon time limit (like 1 or 2 minutes) to answer questions, otherwise the game gets a bit long. Also, the sports questions are very specific, which puts you at a disadvantage if you don't know anything about sports (but gives you an edge if you're a sports buff). In summary, the 80's Game is a totally tubular experience for people who came of age in the 80's.
