What I like about DC show is every teenager can find something for them in the show..What I like about the musics in the show is they are totally reflect the situations goin on in the show. After you get DC volume 2, you are definitely gonna remember each scene when you are listening to the tracks one by one.
Every DC fan should have the album but apart from them,everyone can find something in this complation. Soundtrack opens iwth Jessica's second single from her first album called 'I Think I'm in Love With You' which is catchy but too much poppy for both the show and the soundtrack. Evan&Jaron's 'Crazy For Tihs Girl' is an irresistable track which have the possibility of reminding you what Pacey feels for Joey during season 3 and 4. Train's 'Respect' is one of the highlights in the album which is lyrically meaningful and melodically very good.The Jayhawk's 'I'm Gonna Make U Love Me' is probably my fave track on the album.It is awesome,very catchy and very easy to listen to. It reminds me of the relationship betweenDawson and Joey.Lara Fabian's 'Givin Up On You' slows down the atmosphere with its slow motion sound and personally I skip that track everytime after its 1 min.Five 4 Fighting's 'Superman' is a great track which is lyrically the best of the album. Nine Day's radio version of'If I Am' is a great follow up to Superman which is another highlight of the album.Shawn Colvin's song probably gonna remind you the relationship between Joey and Dawson durng season 3 and 4 with its great lyrics and irresistable melody.Daydream Believer by Mary Beth is the other highlight of the album with her beautiful voice. The other tracks are different from the one I have because I have the UK version and the bonus 6 tracks ... personally. I prefer Wheatus' Teenage Dirtbag to any of them. The songs by Splender, Michal, Pete, Jessica Andrews are cool and good follow ups to each other.

I really don't like Dawson's Creek, but the songs on Volume Two are superb!!! Seriously, "Teenage Dirtbag" by Wheatus is one of the greatest songs ever. "I Think God Can Explain" is a very good song, as is "Respect" by Train. If you're more into pop music then "I Think I'm in Love With You," "Crazy for This Girl,"
and "I'm Gonna Make You Love Me" are great songs for you. Basically there's only one or two songs on this CD that aren't great. People who like a mixture of pop, alternative, and "lighter" rock will adore this cd.

For me,The 2nd volume of the dawson's creek soundtrack is so much better than the first one because its an equal mixture of alternative, pop and sentimental songs. I find myself playing it over and over for these include such sings as "I Think I'm In love with You" by Jessica Simpson, "Crazy for this Girl" by Evan and Jaron & "Superman" by Five for Fighting. Buy this CD..... You won't regret it!

Many feel this is not as good as the volume one procedure but i personally think the choice of songs have been thought through much more than before as volume one missed key songs to series 1 and 2 such as Jewel and Sheryl Crow.The album has some very beautiful tracks the main one being a piano solo cover version of the Monkees Daydream Beliver by a very popular Dawsons Creek singer Marybeth Maziarz its very Sarah Maclachlan.Other songs that catch you straight away are the new popular band Train.There song Respect is a rocky song that is unavailable anywhere else.The Jayhawks 'im gonna make you love me'is a very upbeat summery happy song with a catchy twist at the chorus.Shawn Colvin's 'never saw blue like that before is alot like the style Marybeth corporates Colvins track is absolutley brilliant again a piano solo and lyrics that i think can relate to the tv show itself.Splender and Five for fighting give the album more classsic dawsons tunes as fans say with srong male vocals and powerful guitar solos their my highlights.Paddy Casey's simple yet emotional and utterly gracious song 'sweet surburban sky' is hidden amoung the likes of the abismal A1 and Toploader but give that song a chance it is utterly enchanting.Jessica Simpson is a let down it kicks of the album and carnt help but feel out of place one word why?The show remains one of the most liked programmes amoung teenagers around the world but im concerned as why havent the people who brought the first have not with this so go out buy this and make your life complete.

I think this is a really good cd, even for people who don't watch dawson's creek. It has a wide varity of songs. My favorite ones are Crazy for this Girl, Respect, Giving up on you, Superman, If I am, and Teenage Dirtbag. I think I think God can explain is an ok song. I can't stand Jessica Simpson's I think I'm in love with you. It has such a pop beat. But I was disaponited because they didn't include That I would be good by Alanis. Some songs on this cd are hits on the radio and some are unknown, so it has a good mix of songs. The Dawson's creek soundtrack Vol. 2 has something for everyone. This cd is great in the car, or great lisitening to while doing homework or cleaning. All in all, this is a great cd for everyone to own, and a must for all Dawson's Creek fans. I can't wait until they come out with another Dawson's Creek Cd!
