Being a big fan of the television show Superman starring George Reeves I was delighted with the quality of the CD and that it was all original music as heard on the TV show's first season, no remakes. I hope they come out with season 2 & 3 & 4, etc.

I recently purchased this CD because I always loved the Superman March and the background music of the beloved 50s Classic TV show. This is a must for all George Reeves Fans. The Superman anthem, the soundtrack mood music has that nice thematic sound of Action, Adventure and Mystery. I loved it and you will also. The soundtrack has all the great musical thems of the early shows. The CD also has a rare Kellogg's Commercial narrated by the Great George Reeves. This will soon be a Collector's Item. Get your CD today!

The Original Television Soundtrack of The Adventures of Superman, Season One, is a superb treasure. Not only does this wonderfully remastered music evoke fond memories of virtually everyone over the age of 50 who used to watch TV in the 1950s, but it provides succeeding generations a delightful, musical history of what it was like to experience exciting TV in those long ago days. Another reviewer noted that this same music was used for the show, "Stories of the Century." I might add, as the producers of the album did in the inside jacket text, that it is was also used for "Rin Tin Tin," "Sky King," "Ramar of the Jungle," and "Terry and the Pirates." Personally, my favorite tracks are "Brawl," "The Skeleton," "Blood and Thunder/Just in Time" and "Revenge." In my opnion, the music of this album worked best of all on "The Adventures of Superman." This would be a great album for the nostalgic buyer to purchase, listen to and enjoy frequently.

Oh yes. This CD is wonderful. But there are more cues and cuts that are even better. I hope they decide to have future volumes. I listened to a tape once of the BEST cues there are. But, I have no idea of the source material. And yet, because that tape exists, it's proof that there is more Superman music available. Let's start a letter writing campaign!!

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the sound and the tracks that were included from the original Superman TV series.
When I listened to it, it immediately put me back into the fifties and alll of the great memories from watching the show for six or seven years. I would heartily recommend it to any Superman fan.
