How many times does this girl need to bite the dust? When she finally has a decent writer, the person leaves, the new guy takes over and fouls everything up (same thing happened in her Sensational series). Peter David is a great writer. But, the way he forced his arc change on her, was too far. As the issues went along, he was getting his footing. But then Marvel, feeling economy woes, decides to cancel her. Even though the issues started selling well again, when the secret invasion arc started. That means only issues 22-30 sold bad. How can you pass judgment on a comic, after 8 measly issues, when she had over 35 issues that sold decently. David must of been thrown off, because the final issue was too forced and cluttered. Plus, we didn't even get any back story on how her original villain from Savage She-Hulk #17 actually turned into the new Behemoth. Or what happen to Jazinda. David did say he was planning to restore Jen back to her job, if the series had continued. I just hope Marvel brings her back to resolve the cliff hanger. Marvel needs to stop making 50 million spin offs of Spider-Man. Then this wouldn't of happened.
