There is nothing much new or interesting about this particular set with the exception of the Peppermint Patty figure with goblin mask. There have been multiple versions of the other 3 figures (I must have at least 6 Snoopys and 4 dog houses at this point) but to my knowledge Peppermint Patty has only been released two previous times over the past 6 years and she fetches a lot of money these days. I purchased this set, at a much better price, and my granddaughter who is four, plays with it at least a couple of times a week. We had watched the DVD "It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" which is a real classic so she was familiar with all of the characters. A simple toy, but one that lasts and encourages pretend play.
