I don't know how it made it past QA, but Cap is perpetually standing on his tiptoes and therefore falls over (thanks to his oversized melon) several times a day with no provocation. Forget flicking his head when you need someone to agree with you, unless you want to immediately pick him up and balance him in his precarious stance.
Stick him to the desk with sticky tack, though, and he looks pretty great.
