Sh The Octopus is a fun silly horror comedy involving an arch criminal called The Octopus, named for the local giant monster octopus that shows up at an abandoned light house from time to time. It reminds me of an Abbott and Costello or Bowery Boys movie, lots of fright gags. The straight man in this comic duo is the same guy that does the voice of the cop on Top Cat. Anyway, the plot is a bit bizarre,, but it's fun.
