Cary Grant kind of petered out toward the end of his career but this film made the Top 250 on IMDB so I had to watch it as part of my quest to become a true movie buff. would NOT recommend this Charade Enhanced 1963 version thru amazon.com... i purchased it in May as a gift... SOUND is NO GOOD... and of course, cant contact the seller..(its not an option on orders screen) the Recipient has since thrown out the dvd (wasnt going to tell me it was bad copy), so even if i contact amazon, i dont have the dvd to return at this point. very frustrating.

Cary Grant made a career out of making screwball comedies. Among his greatest comedies are His Girl Friday (COLLECTOR'S EDITION) 1940 and Topper / Topper Returns (Enhanced) 1941. If you are a fan of Cary Grant that I am sure that you own those 2 already.

This movie is about a group of war time soldiers who steal the money that they are supposed to deliver to help the Resistence and the ensueing pandamonium. Charade started a genre with this idea. The idea that a group of relative strangers + a crazy idea = back stabbing and double crossing. This movie is awsome and everyone should have a copy in there collection.

I am a huge fan of Audrey Hepburn...My Fair Lady, Penny Serenade, Funny Face, Sabrina...ETC...Her beauty is so natural.
Charade is a great movie about soldiers trying to steal money they are supposed to deliver to French resisitance fighters. Mayhem ensues. There seems to be alot of versions available...I bought this one and I am happy with it.
