Don't be put off by a cartoon soundtrack-this is some seriously good road trip music. In keeping with the war theme this Star Wars soundtrack is much more martial while still borrowing heavily from the original John Williams soundtrack. Fans of the orchestral soundtrack found in the movies will not be disappointed by this offering: there is plenty of brass and drum to go around as well as a choir, a la the battle between Darth Maul and Qui Gon Jinn. This is a good interpretation of Star Wars. It has that grand style for not being John Williams. Someone can walk into this in the middle of the album and know it is Star Wars. It is a great listen regardless.
