I've been stunned by the career of Wesley Snipes. Forget the whole IRS issue from this past year. It has nothing to do with his acting ability or star power. But for someone to rise from bit parts to starring roles and then suddenly find himself in direct to video films, one has to question...what happened? Can't believe anyone can find something good to say about this movie. Acting is wooden and its a formula script. Woman co star is terrible and Wesley Snipes -- if this is the best he can do he should stay in prison to protect the rest of us from future bad movies. This is such a stinker of a movie. I liked his blade movies but this is not in that league.

I liked this actually i thought it may have been maybe somewhat dull like the contractor but it was better than that, not as good as the first art of war, the fights were cool, nice action flick overall.

This movie is not bad,yes the first one had more going because it being in the movie theaters,but i think the action is way better and wesley is just to smart with his movies could have been better written and had more impact like the first overall it is a good movie worth buying if you liked the first Art of War.

The TV actor friend mixes the ex-spy into a political
mess where two senators and one leader of the war industry
are killed. Even his girl friend ends up dead.
Wesley Snipes does most, but not all of the killing.
It is action packed with a twist at the end.
And nobody even wounds him, the martial arts superman?
If he had one cut or scrape I might have given this
4 stars. He manages to get most of his close friends killed or wounded.
