Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Should have stayed 'UNSEEN'!
How did this unentertaining piece'o'sheet get such special treatment.Perhaps to fool people into believing it was worth it.
The most uninspired death/kill scenes I have every seenEXPAMPLE:1 victim is killed via bumping her head on a floor air vent.So it seemed that they were going for drama to scare you or shock you,but in the end I almost fell asleep. No gore!No blood! No acting skills.Bach who was one of the lead actors here was nice to look act,but don't get your hopes up because she keeps ... Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - 80's slice of fun
When Barbara Bach is one of the better (known) actors in the movie, you know you're dealing with low overhead for whoever is financing this low-budget clunker. When I see her, I always think, "That's right sweetie, look bitchy and say as little as possible". A top-shelf actress she's not. Still, it's 80's fun and they don't make 'em like this anymore. Even though the story-line was exhausted after a while (beware, something's in the basement?)it keeps you watching. The key to this one is the performance ... Read More

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - I Have Seen The Unseen!
Sorry, Puzzle Box, I watched it!

I did watch the film, The Unseen, and the character referred to as "The Unseen" is indeed seen near the end of the film, so the title is kind of pointless if you know what I mean. This early 80s horror flick has three chicks shacking up at Sydney Lassick's place when they find themselves stranded in a small town. Lassick and his wife have a homicidal mutant man-child living with them that takes a liking to the ladies. While I've definitely seen worse, this ... Read More

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - The Unseen is not woth seeing.
The Unseen is an obscure b-movie from the early 80's and it just got re-released by Code Red, Code Red has a developing reputation for cult films but occasionally they would release a film that's so bad it doesn't deserve to be released in the first place like this film and Don't Go In The Woods Alone. An attractive blond TV reporter named Jennifer Fast (Barbara Bach) and her two assistants visit the town of Solvang, California to cover the Danish festival. They find themselves without a place to spend the ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - I've been waiting since the VHS era!
I haven't seen this movie since I viewed it on cable 25 years ago. But something about it has always haunted me. I'll know whether I've been haunted by babes in bathtubs or by horror brilliance when I finally get to see it again. Can't wait!
