I am a collector of Gears of War stuff...so everything I own is Brand New, Never Opened. My friend has a couple of these and they are the most durable figures I have ever seen. Not a lot of articulation, but still cool! I have the entire Series 1 figures including the Comic-Con Exclusive Anthony Carmine figure. My opinion, if you are going to buy these, do NOT open them. NECA does a fantastic job with their figures, and so the high quality of their Gears of War Locust Sniper comes as no surprise. While there is no practical reason to collect these figures besides the "fun factor", that is good enough. A great job on a horrific character.
