There are few games which can give you a sense of . . . well, 'huge'. I don't mean an epic storyline, I mean taking you to places which are Gothic in proportions and Wagnerian in scope. Jedi Knight is one of those games. In the first level, you are in a bar which resides in the center of Nar Shadaa, the Vertical City, a name which is well-justified when you see visuals of it. This game will always hold a special place in my heart. When 3D graphic accelerator cards first came out, this was the very first game I played after installing my shiny new Voodoo 3DFX card.
Sure, the graphics look dated, but when I first played this game it was cutting edge technology. I'm a big-time Star Wars fan as well as a nostalgia nut. I still go back and play this game to relive the good old days.
