Though it might not mean that much, this is by far the best video game to dawn the title of Spider Man. The voice acting is bad, the known characters(other superheros/spidey's GF) really don't look that good during cutscenes and the combat suffers due to the game pace.

Spider-Man, Spider-Man, does whatever a spider can. Sorry, I couldn't help myself but this game really has reignited my love for one of the greatest comic book characters ever created. This game was so poorly designed, and full of glitches and failings that I'm amazed they put it out. There's really not much new that you couldn't get out of just getting Spiderman 2 and having more fun. The characters are less then interesting, Spiderman sounds like a girl with her nips in a vice... Seriously, this game is just not good. I mean a trivia fight with wolverine? WHAT?! This game is great. Everything you come to expect within the Marvel Universe is set within this game. As Spider-Man you have the ability to roam the city of New York, stopping various crimes from occurring and saving the people of New York.
