This game is too much fun, it's addicting...Whether or not that is a good thing is your discretion. It is most fun to play with friends, even if you only own one guitar. I can't count how many times a group of my friends just sat in a dorm room playing this game, trying to one-up the other person's score. It doesn't ever get boring, especially because of the downloadable content.

This was my first guitar hero purchase. I love the game so much that I went back and bought GHII. The graphics are better than GHII and it has a lot of really great songs. It seems harder than number two so be up for a challenge.

I had been waiting for my son to save enough money to buy guitar hero III because I wanted to play it too. When I saw the deal on Amazon, I decided to purchase it myself. It is totally addicting! Everyone in our family from age 8 to age 45 love it! I would also recommmend buying an additional guitar to go head to head.

I bought this as a gift for one of my grandson's for his birthday
He wanted it and since I purchased it at christmas for one of my other grandson's I knew he would like it. The other kids play it all the time.
Also the price was good and he received a fast delivery.

this game is definatly one of my favorites, the best thing is on xbox the guitar will play on rockband as well. on ps3 however it will not work on both games. i have enjoyed this game for the last month and still am not tired of playing it. if you like rock music this will keep you busy for a while. and after you get tired of the songs you can download more on xbox live. i got the wired version i suggest you get the wireless. the wires drive me crazy. i rate this game high on my list, and its fun for ...
