Just plain and simple, it's a game everyone in the family can play, and will enjoy. Older kids may think the game is a little kiddy, but they come around quickly.

The last mario game I played was Super Mario Brother for the NES in the late eighties.... really.
I was exclusely an xBox and PC gamer until getting a Wii earlier this year.
Mario Kart Wii has accomplished nothing else for the Wii other than Wii Sports has: it has captured the attention of my wife.
I won't repeat what has been said already except that this is a great game and a lot of fun. Easy to learn, hard to master.

My wife and I love the new Mario Kart. Well worth the money for the enjoyment. We love the new tracks and the new bike is fun to use. We were both very disappointed by the new Wii Wheel. It is so sensitive to movements and since there's no resistance on the wheel it's too easy to turn. We didn't buy the game for the Wii Wheel, so I'm not bummed out too much.

This has to be the best game that I bought for my WII system yet. I'm a huge Mario Kart fan from when it originally came out with SNES. The only issue I have is that its addicting and leads to many late nights racing people from around the world. The wheel is a little tricky to get used to if your used to the old controls on past systems, but the controller and nun chuck combination works very well. I would recommend it to any Mario Kart fan.

Are you a burnt-out husk of a human being who can no longer experience joy? If so, avoid this game. Everyone else should enjoy it immensely.
