i won't denigrate this product in general, but it was a stupid purchase for me.

I have had 11 Xbox 360's within the first year of it's life and I can tell you these newer models are just as unreliable as the old ones. Buyer beware doesn't even cover it, this console is by far the worst investment I have made in the last 15 years. Microsoft's customer service is terrible and they never send you a new console only used ones that from my expierence have been in terrible condition (stains and broken parts of the case).
