My youngest son wasn't too excited about dressing up as Green Lantern for Halloween this year until we showed him the flashing ring.
Imagine dressing up as Superman without a cape...yep, can't do it. Same goes for the Green Lantern Halloween costume, you need a ring. And not just any piece of plastic will do.
He's used it several times and plans to put it to good use this Halloween.

I gave this ring and costume to a four year old child who is very into Justice League right now, as a Christmas gift. It was hard for him to make light up and then stopped working within 2 days of Christmas. In all fairness, he may have been hitting it on something to GET it to light up because it was so hard for him to activate.
