Before he became a fixture in the spaghetti Western genre iconic actor Clint Eastwood shot to fame in the 1950s and '60s television series RAWHIDE. Rawhide - Season Two, Vols. 1 & 2 - The episodes of season 2 are great. However, the first set of disks were the same episodes we had for several episodes of season 1. We don't know if this is a packaging mistake, or if they are just mislabled. Does anyone know, or have the same problem?

I will admit that I couldn't wait for the combined set, so I bought them individually & loved every minute of each episode! I'm impatiently awaiting the release of season three...when do we get 'em, Paramount?? :D

Simply put...
Rawhide is a classic but the price is sheer "overpriced idiocy/insanity"...ridiculous - $72.00 (volumes 1 and 2) for what should be half that.
The majority of consumers can see through the B.S. (and if they have an
iota of common sense won't take the bait) Consumer/market demand (for complete seasons) and the fact every thing on DVD is being released and re-released as collector's edition, deluxe edition, platinum edition etc., exemplifies yet another ... Read More
