Description:
"Happy Days" was set in the 1950s in Milwaukee, the heart of middle-class America, and told the story of the Cunningham family. Mr. Cunningham (Tom Bosley) ran the local hardware store and Mrs. Cunningham (Marion Ross), like all good TV Moms, spent her time in the kitchen. Their son, Richie (Ron Howard), hung out at Arnold's Drive-In with his pals Ralph Malph (Donny Most) and Potsie (Anson Williams), trying to be as cool as the coolest greaser in town, the Fonz (Henry Winkler). Richie's sister, Joanie (Erin Moran), tagged along whenever she wasn't at her friend Jenny Piccolo's house. The Cunninghams also had an older son, Chuck, but he mysteriously disappeared after the first season.

Being a naive 8-year old in a late-30s body, I tend to forget the business aspect of releasing Happy Days seasons. I know it's about money. That said (if I'm not mistaken), Season Three ranked much, much higher in terms of sales on Amazon's ranking system than Seasons 1 and 2. I thought for sure Season Four would come along in quick fashion. It hasn't... and no explanation, anywhere.

I wish Paramount releases Happy Days Season 4 for the Holidays of 2008, in 2009!! Happy Days is Stalled again, and it's not FAIR! I enjoyed the first three seasons and I want to collect the other 8 seasons. I want to see more seasons of Happy Days released more than some new shows still running. I hope Paramount plans to make up for lost time for the series in the next year. Please no more stalling, and release the 8 remaining seasons on DVD!

The product arrived before the stated delivery time and in great condition. I didn't expect much enthusiasm from my family (after all this is my era) but was surprised to find that they love the series just as I did. Can't wait for some of the other seasons.
