I've read all of Allison Dubois wonderful books, and I feel that she is a person to admire. The show, Medium, is one of the most compelling and well-done dramas on television.
Ordinarily, television shows are not much more than background entertainment for me. The TV is on while I am engaged in numerous other projects. This show is about a women who solves crimes through premonitions, dreams, and conversations with dead people. She starts out as a paralegal, law student, but feels that here ability gives her a unfair advantage, so she uses her ability to help the police solve crimes. But the show also has strong character interaction. Patricia Arquette and Jake Weber, who plays her husband on the show, work well as a team, on the show they pretray a strong marriage, they have a relationship that you rarely see on dramas. ...
