Ironic that this jumbo remote supposedly for those who need reading glasses comes with directions that require a magnifying glass... As for functionality, even after following all of the directions exactly, I couldn't get it to work for any of my devices: TV, DVD player, or cable box.

Take a pass. I couldn't get it to control any of my TVs or Cable boxes. Looks like something they're dumping, and not worrying about anyone sending it back. It's not worth returning, and certainly not worth buying.

The remote is easy to program, easy to read, and easy to find. However, it is a little annoying to use. The buttons are large and rubbery. They're not unlike a normal remote, but the actual button underneath is the same size. If you don't hit the huge buttons right in the center it won't activate. It's pretty much guaranteed you'll have to use two hands to work this thing or use it while it's on a flat, hard surface. I bought this because I was sick of losing my remote in the couch, or wherever. I haven't lost my remote ever since. My mother came to visit and her eyes widened when she saw it. So I bought her one, too, and we made the 12 year old granddaughter program it, because 12 year olds can do anything... Anyway, it's a little taller than a novel, and about half as thick. It's universal, so can control a DVD, satellite, and TV all at once.

This product is just funny and great for anyone who tends to loose their normal remote control. It was very easy to set-up and the instructions provided do very well at running you through it all. My girlfriend was very happy with it and still is.
