I Loved this game, but there are facts you should know before buying it. Here they are- 1. this game is hard at first. 2. There are mini-games and some are very challenging. 3. There is a casino where you gamble. But it is avoidable. 4. This game is for those who like to help other people. 5. I wouldn't recommend this game for boys, but I definitely would for girls.

I have not played it, but my young son really seems to enjoy it. He says it is like Animal Crossing without all of the rude, insulting characters. He has been able to customize his own character and engage in many tasks in his make-believe town (such as planting flowers, making necklaces, catching fish, etc.) all in an effort to improve the happiness of the townsfolk. I paid $10 for this masterful game at a local pawn shop and I don't loath buying it for these good reasons....
1) it doesn't run on real-time(thank you EA!!!),the reason this is good is unlike most kids I don't get to play my DS lite every day(I only on the weekends)so i don't have to worry about missing anything in the game during the weekdays.
