This season of Ranma 1/2 has some of the best storylines of the manga. The Breaking Point, The Ice Skating Fight, and the whole plot with Shampoo's Grand Mother.
This season gets 4 stars because this season is where all character development stops (Just like in the manga). This is the season where they start thinking of strange plots and add characters to the plot just to have them there. I just bought the second and third season of Ranma 1/2 and I'm now trying to wait patiently for the rest of the seasons to come out in the thinkpack sets.To many fans of the show who haven't gotten the sets yet I say get them now the pros are great price,you get both english and japanese audio,and the thinpacks help solve space problems on the shelf.The cons are the video quality of the set while ok is still not all that great from time to time when scenes skip you'll see a white line on the top or bottom ...
