I purchased this for my four year old son and he loved it. Learning was too difficult for him but he loved the Jam function. my 10 yr old found it easier to follow the learning. It's not Guitar Hero it's not meant to be Guitar Hero. this is an alternative to guitar hero for smaller kids.

I received this to think that it was just a tool and toy.. I was wrong, the sounds are authentic, and the playing of it is less trouble then a real Electric Guitar... Yes I am 28 years old, but I hooked this pupppy up to my distortion peddle, and man it sounds great, and I also recorded alot of riffs on a tape through Four Track... GET THIS TOY, NO! NOT TOY, BUT A MIRACLE!!! I thought I would never play Black Metal, until I used this!!!

We bought this for our 8 year old son and he loves it!Its durable and has great songs and is so much fun.I recommend this to any parent,even my 5 year old daughter loves this!

Even the 5 year old enjoyed this guitar as well as the 12 year old that had Guitar Hero. He could carry it around, no wires, and feel as important as his big brother that he worships.
