The third season of the popular shonen (boy's) show Dragon Ball Z continues the adventures of Goku and Gohan on Namek, Piccolo's home planet. Goku, who has been in a regeneration tank since the end of season 2, recovers just in time to challenge the sniggering Frieza, one of the most grating villains in anime history. Having defeated Gohan, Krillin, Vegeta, and Piccolo, Frieza takes on Goku in a protracted duel. Dragon Ball Z: Season 3 is more entertaining when the viewer allows a few days to elapse between episodes, rather than indulging in a Super Saiyan marathon. This is one of the great seasons, Goku facing the evil Frieza, and no commercials! The set is great and is a great buy.

Dragon Ball Z - Season Three (Frieza Saga)
This is a great product. I have always loved watching Dragon Ball z, and seeing that the originality of the product was kept, made this product even better. The redigitalization of the anime is excellent, faithful, and uncut. You experience the anime in its true form. Also, this product contains many episodes for a cheap price. Definetly worth its money.

I'd say this is one of the most important sagas in DBZ, and memorable to boot. The remastered video quality looks great, and the audio sounds perfect. Totally worth the money for a DBZ fan looking to buy it.

This boxset is a great buy for the money. $30 for the entire saga is well worth it. And, the digitally remastered episodes look the best they have ever been. Go buy it!
